The desire to expand the range of cotton fabrics and maintain the high quality of our products is the main goal of weaving production!
Bleaching involves dyeing fabric a natural bright white or using selected colors. Dyeing involves treating fabric with bleaching chemicals to give it a white color. Bleached fabrics are washed thoroughly 2-3 times to remove all chemical residues. The bleached white towel fabric is then dyed with the desired color or combination of color dyes.
The towel rolls are then further compressed between two heavy rollers. This forces the dye to penetrate deeper into the fabric, followed by a final steaming process that helps set the color and dry it further, leaving it dry and fluffy.
Sewing factory
Has a fully automated cutting, sewing and marking process.
White and colored towels are cut to the required sizes and hemmed along the long ends and sides. They are then labeled, folded and packed into predetermined boxes and bags.
Strict quality control throughout the entire production process.
Visual checks at all stages are an integral aspect of quality control. White or dyed towels undergo rigorous quality checks to ensure they meet established standards throughout production.
